STATUS OF BLACK RELATIONSHIPS
I AM STARTING TO SEE MORE AND MORE INTERRACIAL RELATIONSHIPS! PERSONALLY I AM NOT ATTRACTED TO OTHER RACES, BUT DAMN HERE AT UNLV YOU MIGHT AS WELL EXPLORE YOUR OPTIONS. HOW DO YOU FEEL ABOUT THE STATUS OF BLACK RELATIONSHIPS?
I definitely believe it's easier to date within your own race. Cultural differences can be hard to manage. I've dated outside of my race (I'm African-American) and having to explain why I don't wash my hair every day or how African-American skin tends to require more intensive moisturizing techniques is tedious and embarrassing. When you date someone within your own race, said discussions don't have to take place because your significant other has an understanding bathed in cultural insight. However, if someone is willing to learn and accommodate the cultural differences, by all means, go for it. =]
everyone should be able to date whoever they want without restrictions
